PreferencesHandler

Bases: QObject

Manage persistent app preferences and session-default application.

PARAMETER	DESCRIPTION
controller	Controller supplying application settings operations and the preferences window. TYPE: UIController

preferences: AppPreferences property

Return the preferences currently held by this handler.

RETURNS	DESCRIPTION
AppPreferences	Current application preference values.

__init__(controller: UIController) -> None

apply_defaults_to_session(s_id: SessionId) -> None

Update a session's processing settings from the saved application defaults.

PARAMETER	DESCRIPTION
s_id	Identifier of the session to update. TYPE: SessionId

on_preferences_requested() -> None

Show the preferences dialog and persist changes if the user accepts it.
