Abstraction boundary for background multi-object tracking workers.

get_tracked_data() -> ListOfBoxesByFrameIndexAsDict

Return tracked results keyed by frame index.

RETURNS	DESCRIPTION
ListOfBoxesByFrameIndexAsDict	Mapping from frame indices to the tracked boxes for those frames.

isRunning() -> bool

Return True while the tracking thread is active.

RETURNS	DESCRIPTION
bool	True while the tracking worker thread is running.

start() -> None

Start the tracking thread.

stop() -> None

Request the tracking thread to stop.
