README Follow-ups

These proposals were previously listed in the root README's planned-features table. They are collected here so the README can focus on the current application and getting started.

Reduce the top-bar height	Planned	Reclaim vertical space for the video preview.
Add an option to enable or disable nested-detection suppression	Planned	Nested same-class detections are already suppressed; this proposal is for making that behavior configurable.
